I work with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—often navigating anxiety, identity questions, or major life transitions. Many of my clients have experienced trauma or loss and are seeking a more authentic, grounded way of relating to themselves and others.

In therapy, I help you reconnect with a sense of safety and trust in yourself. We’ll explore how past experiences shape present patterns, gently making space for what’s been held too tightly. Through this process, life can begin to feel more manageable, embodied, and genuinely your own.

I have experience supporting adults living with PTSD, developmental and relational trauma, experiences of abuse, and the emotional impact of chronic or terminal illness. My approach integrates Somatic Experiencing, polyvagal theory, attachment theory, and psychodynamic perspectives—meeting each person where they are with curiosity, care, and respect.
